As an SPR, your son will only be eligible to purchase resale unit if his spouse is an SPR of more than 3 years or an SC. With the current situation, your son will be eligible for private property.

Good afternoon,

Sincerest apologies, they are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB now.

Unless your son becomes a citizen so they will be eligible under non citizen spouse scheme if not, his spouse turns into a SPR and fulfil this residency status for 3 years to be eligible under public scheme.

As of now, they are only eligible to purchase private condo/ apts.
