My situation is that my fiancée and I have a combined income over 8k but we totally can't afford private property. Hence I have a few qns:
1) If one of us quit our job today (henceforth income < 8k) can we apply for a new BTO HDB tomorrow
2) Similarly, if we want to buy resale, can we get the near parents grant if we apply tomorrow
3) Are the agent fees factored in the prices listed on ads? If not must it be paid in cash? And how much?
4) What is the absolute compulsory amount to be paid in cash?
5) Looking at Marine Parade area, but looks like paying 0.5mil for a >30yrs old 4room seems like sure lose situation?
