My sister-in-law just sold her landed property planning to buy a HDB flat near my home. She has a HDB shop house in Jurong tenanted. She also owns a private company that has a few commercial property also tenanted. With the new regulation, is she eligible to buy any HDB flat? Thank you - syp

Yes she can buy a resale HDB, but not with hdb loan.
