Asked by
My siblings and I (three in total, ages below 31) are looking at purchasing a resale flat under HDB's Orphan Scheme (similar to Joint Single Scheme but for orphans). Under the scheme, 3 of us are required to be co-owners.

All of us are currently single, but there is a possibility our marital status may change in future. If so, this may necessitate a change of flat ownership via part-share resale or transfer. We will have to navigate ownership arrangement transfer/sale of ownership, payment of monies, taking over of loan, HDB's admin requirements, etc.

We would like to seek the advice of an agent experienced with joint single scheme purchases/above mentioned scenario, to advice on how to facilitate this arrangement with the possibility of marital status change for co-owners, and for guidance through the flat purchase.
