My question is whether I can still apply for BTO?

I bought a resale HDB with my mum. No government subsidy.
Sold the first HDB and bought another resale HDB with my wife. Received government grant.
Wife is using grant for the first time too.

Second (current) HDB has reached MOP. I am thinking to buy resale or apply for BTO.

If I buy resale HDB, do I have to pay resale levy?

Can I apply for BTO at the subsidised rate given both my wife and I have only enjoyed government grant for one time only?

Hi, you still can buy a BTO or EC.
resale levy will be payable.

if you wish to know is it still profitable after paying levy, you can contact me for a discussion.
