Have you pay the option fee and select a unit yet? If not, there will not be much consequence as you can still proceed to purchase a resale with CPF grant. If you have already paid the option fee and select a unit or worst signed the lease agreement, you may still purchase a resale without CPF grant. However it is not advisable for you to do so if you are not in a desperate position as the debarment period is only for 1 year and you can still purchase a resale with CPF grant after your 1 year debarment period is up.
