Hi, this depends, as usually HDB will require a continuous employing of 12months at the time of application to consider the income for assessment. Best way to find out is to apply for an HFE and see if the income is taken into consideration.

Hi,

They will take the 12 months income slips, from 2 months preceding the application. To my understanding, only the months with income will be taken into consideration for calculation. So the month of unemployment will not be factored in.

The best way is still to apply the HFE with all the relevant info required.
