My parents together own a landed property but unfortunately are not on good terms and are living separately. We need two houses - to keep the current landed property and to buy another HDB. Is it possible for us to buy a flat without a divorce and without selling the current landed property?

Afternoon Yeo,

That's totally unlikely to happen. Everyone who purchase HDB unit are required to sell off their private property within 6 months from key collection. That's provided the bond between the family member still stay intact.
