My parents has a 5-room hdb flat under their names that there are still repaying the loan every month. Can they change the owner of this 5-room flat to my name (I am 28 years old)? I have the ability to finance the remaining loan, but is there additional fees or stamp duty involves when the hdb owner name is changed? After this name-change process, can they purchase a studio apartment from HDB directly?
