My neighbours downstairs complaint leakage of toilet ceiling, HDB has approved to repair but have not sent anyone to do it, this case has been hanging for quite sometimes, can I still sell my unit?

It would be good to contact the HDB officer and enquire on the current status of the repair, including the possible cost. This is to ensure that your upcoming buyer is aware of the situation, as cost and inconvenience will be incurred, during the period of repair.
