In order to be eligible for HDB resale flat, both you and your mother will have to be SPR for more than 3 years.

In terms of loan, you are only eligible for bank loan, as to qualify for HDB loan, there must be at least 1 Singapore Citizen. Both your income will be taken into consideration for loan assessment. In your case, since your mother is not working, you can be the sole borrower.

you guys are eligible to purchase a resale HDB under pubic scheme if both of you are SPR for at least 3 years.

But with a single income, it will be best to find out how much loan are you eligible first before proceeding further.

Shall I get my banker to advise you?

Do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.
