My mother has willed her HDB flat to me. In future when I inherit the flat and if I sell it, do I get the full sales proceeds as cash? Nothing to do with my CPF, correct?

Evening,

Yes, upon the deceased of your mother, the sole owner, HPS will clear the outstanding loan, if any. Hence, when you inherit the unit, it would hav being fully paid. Hence when you sell the unit, all proceed with be in cash.
