My mother has sold 2 flats before and that was the time when HDB still gives the concessionary loans at 2.6%. I want to buy a resale 4rm flat now, can I put her as one of the owners together with me? My parents are divorced and we are staying at my grandparent's place.

Afternoon,
As your mum have taken 2 times HDB concessional loan, you will have to purchase a resale HDB flat, using Bank loan, even though it's your first time buying HDB unit.
