my mom just buy a new bto flat with my name as an occupier. Can i still buy a bto flat with my wife?

Good afternoon,
you will have to fulfill 5 years MOP first as an occupier as well before you can apply for a BTO.
Alternatively, if your mom is capable to own the unit by herself. You can try to appeal via your HDB branch office.
