My lease states minor repairs on expendable items, does this mean replacing 3 ceiling fans, replacing toielt pipes or tiled floors in a bathroom. Views are welcomed please. Thank you

Hi Christine, minor repairs mostly refer to items that required urgent attention ie, aircon, fridge or washing machine breaking down and etc...
