My Landlord is unable to hold on to the current flat due to unforeseen circumstances.
1. He has been notified by HDB to "inform of his long term plans for the flat"
2. He has not obtained the court order for the settlement of flat proceeds.
What sort of timeframe should we be looking at? How long more before the flat has to be sold/ repossessed.
