If your husband has not utilised any CPF housing grant for the current flat, there should be no resale levy applicable. Standard legal fees for sale is applicable. For purchase, there will also be another set of legal fees.

In terms of financial flow, we will need more details about the existing property, and how the funds can be utilised for the purchase, including the consideration of any loans to be taken.

If you intend to get resale flat again, no resale levy is payable. Has the ownership share of the first owner already being transferred to your husband? Meaning is he the 100% owner now?
