My husband parent which is holding Singapore pr brought a hdb flat 15 years ago. Still left 100k to pay..My husband Singaporean paying the flat now, currently we stay with both of them. If me and my husband purchase a bto flat together, can we change back the first owner to his parent, his dad is a freelance worker earn around 5k per month without cpf, his mom with cpf but housewife. Anyone can please give me advice?

Afternoon Eve, Did your parents-in-law did a transfer of ownership to your husband or was he name being added in as co-owner? If your husband have being added as co-owner, he can have his name being removed from the ownership list.
