My husband is Singapore citizen , I am Singapore PR owner of PLPH MOP 10 years ,
If i put my children name inside occupier then i accept the gov grant and EHG . Within 10 years i apply Singapore citizen . Isn't my 2 children can withdraw their name and apply new BTO with grant and EHG?

You need to check with HDB on this instead. Your children will need to form family nucleus on their own to be eligible to apply for BTO. BTO itself is already subsidised units so only EHG is applicable if they fall within the consideration criteria. Read More

Hi,

1) Do note that the successful application of citizenship has nothing to do with any property owned.
2) Whether your children are eligible for BTO and grants has to do with their eligibility and household income. This has nothing to do with whether they are listed as occupiers of your current property.
3) You can only for grants when you buy your next HDB flat. You cannot apply with your current flat.
