My husband is non-Singaporean. Can I buy a new HDB flat with my daughter (21 years old) as the family nucleus?

Dear Mrs Param,

The current HDB's policy does not allow that for purchase of new HDB flats. Is your husband a Singapore PR? If yes, you could form a family nucleus with him.

Another alternative would be to purchase a resale flat from the open market under the non-citizen spouse scheme.

Hi Mrs Param Viji,

You may apply for new flat with your daughter provided one of you must be a Singapore citizen, & the other one must be Singapore citizen or SPR.
