My husband & I are Malaysian SPR, we wanted to buy HDB. But we have Malaysia properties registered under our names. Are we still eligible to buy HDB?

Afternoon,

Under the current housing ruling, you will be required to remove your name from your existing private property, within 6 months from the key collection for the HDB unit.
