My husband & I are both PRs, with a monthly household income of SGD 13000. We are looking to buy a property within the next year, but the BIG lump of downpayment is making it seem impossible? What are your suggestions for us to go about this? What is our eligibility?

What kinda of lifestyle are you looking at? What are both you current age?
How much CPF and cash do you have at hand?
Does either of you have any overseas property?
