My husband bought a property in M'sia under his name about a month ago. Can I buy a HDB resale flat in Singapore under my name as the owner and he as the occupier?

Evening,

I'm afraid the answer is no, if your intention is to keep the private property. Being married, HDB regards both of you as one. Hence upon key collection of the HDB unit, your husband will have to sell away the private property within 6 months.
