My husband and I want to apply for home loan but I'm working part time with no fixed income for more than 5 years with the same company,if there's no computed payslip,will a company's letter, proof of working since indicating my average yearly income valid?

Hi Mrs,

for your case, it is hard to get bank loan as after 6/30/2013, MAS has requested all banks and financial institute to screen clints profile strictly.

Maybe you can consider to apply home loan under your husband's name only.

Morning,

Based on your enquiry, I would assume that CPF contribution was not available either. With such case, you can try to obtain a company letter, indicating the employment status, income range and period of service so that you can use it to apply for the home loan. However, do note that with such documentation, you will not be able to receive the maximum possible loan available.
