My husband and I obtained PRs at end of Jan 2013. Now we are planning to buy a resale flat in Sengkang. When will be the best timing to start looking for?

Afternoon Flora,

Both of you need to fulfill 3 years of SPR before you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. As the Xmas and CNY are the common low season, you might want to either start hunting after Xmas or after CNY.
