Hi Mdm,

I am sorry to inform you that this is not possible. Once you have booked the BTO flat under both your names, you will not be able to remove/change either names from the flat.

Regardless of whether you're the owner or the occupier, you will also need to serve out the 5-year MOP before either of your can purchase another residential property. You could however purchase another non-residential private property, as there is no MOP restrictions for such properties.

May I know why are you contemplating such a move? Perhaps you could share with me what are your plans going forward?
