My husband and I going to start divorce proceeding. Mean time, he is looking for a place to rent so we can get out of each other's way.

Must we be at least legally separated before he can rent a place.. I think the divorce proceeding will take quite some months and we want to separate geographically ASAP, is it possible for him to rent a place while we carry out the divorce ?

We are looking for a 1 room 1 hall type of HDB for rental. Any agent has vacancy please contact me.
