Hi there, yes you should be able to get a resale HDB under the singles scheme. there are some first timer grants which are available to you as well. Go ahead and apply for a HFE to get an ideal on how much you can loan. couple with your CPF and grant. that will form the budget for your HDB. do drop me a text or a email if you need more details or the process of getting your first HDB. Hi,

1) If yours is a legal polygamous marriage. You will have to buy the HDB flat with your husband. This can be done before you reached 35 yrs old.
2) If yours is not a legally recognized polygamous marriage, you can only buy under the Single Citizen Scheme which can only buy an HDB flat after reaching 35 yrs old.
3) I sense there could be an issue when you register your kids in the occupier list. The HDB would start to question your marital status.
4) However, this will not stop you from having the right to buy the HDB flat under the Single Citizen Scheme. It's just more troublesome to do the explanation.
5) You may apply for the HFE once you reached your birthday. You will know the loan amount, eligibility and amount to all possible grants, and eligibility to purchase once the HFE is applied.
