My husband and I are planning to buy a resale HDB under his name alone. We have properties overseas under my name. Are we still eligible for buying a resale HDB?

Evening,

HDB considered married couple as a entity. This is applicable if both buyers are SC or PR. For cases under non-citizen spouse scheme, you will not be considered as an owner but as an essential occupier hence that might be an exception.
