Afternoon Susan,

Since both you and your spouse are PR, you are eligible to purchase HDB resale unit through bank loan. There's no income ceiling requirement. However, both of you should not have any private property locally or overseas. You are also to fulfill the Minimum Occupation period of 5 years before you are allowed to purchase second property.
