My husband and I are applying for an HLE. Our income is now 11770 combined just below the 12k income ceiling eligibility.
Our first hdb appt is due in feb.
Will we need to apply HLE again after that? We are concerned because in Dec 1 of us is getting 13 month bonus and we are afraid it will mean ww are not eligible.
