My husband and his sister bought the private property together before we married. May i know if my husband remove the name from the private property, can my husband get cash back or refund from CPF?

Hi! Alice,
Remove name = selling the property.
He can sell the property to his sister or newbuyer, If they co-own this property, his sister need to agreed to the sales.
This is taken as a Sell & Buy, they will still have to go thru lawyer to process, inclusive pay stamp duty etc. Don't forget the new rule if this propery is purchase Read More
