My hubs is main applicant.Can co applicant apply for open booking of flats?

Hi,
1) Your question is not very clear. I'll try to decipher your intention.
2) Both of you must apply together for the BTO since you are a married couple.
3) If you are referring that your husband is the owner of the current flat, and you are only the occupier.
4) You will still need to apply for the BTO together, but your current flat must have met the MOP before submitting the application.
