Is there any changes to the HLE amount? Perhaps you should call in to HDB resale office to seek their assistance and appeal accordingly.

I have been in the real estate business since 2009, with more than 13 years of experience serving the Singapore real estate market.

I am very active in the residential segment of Singapore real estate market, having transacted hundreds of deals from HDBs to private condominiums and landed properties in Singapore, and have handled many unique cases in sales and purchases as well as rental deals.

Over the years, I have also established a network reaching out to more than 9,400 expatriates, bringing my market presence to both in and outside of Singapore. This has created an additional exposure when I manage my client's portfolios, on top of the conventional on and offline platforms, where other estate agents are relying on. This has allowed me to consistently convert leads into results.

With an evolving market, where change is the only constant, I have also been investing in upgrading of my knowledge and skills sets to improve myself and meet the demands of current and future market.

Hi,

1) You shouldn't have come to this state if you had engaged an experienced agent because you can apply for a renewal 1 week before your OTP expires.
2) The OTP had specified over this HLE very clearly that you must have a valid HLE before placing an offer for an OTP.
3) Now you mentioned that you had been rejected by the HDB due to invalid HLE, it means that you are very close to the expiry of the current OTP>
4) So the option of reapplying an HLE to re-submit your resale application is out because it takes up to 5 days before you can your renew OTP.
5) The only choice you have is to call the HDB hotline (1800-8663066) to seek assistance. They might be able to expedite your HLE renewal if there is no change in your income status.
