Afternoon Ms. Fong,

It's not about whether your current unit is still under mortgage or not. It's about whether you have fulfilled the MOP requirement, based on your key collection date.

If you have fulfilled the MOP requirement and fully paid for your HDB, you are eligible for 80% loan. However, if you are PR, you are required to sell off the HDB unit within 6 months from key collection date for your private property.
