My gf and I are looking for a 4 rms flat at the east side. But we only have $30,000 cash and $60,000 in ordinary CPF accounts. Any suitable unit?

I would not say it's impossible but it will be tough. Any particular requirements? Level, corridor or corner, lift level, move-in condition?
