My gf and I are co-own of hdb flats with our parents. We are using our cpf to pay for the monthly loan. If we get married later, do we have to sell one of the flat?We dont think we want to sell the flats as both side parents are old and will not have enough money or get a loan.What are HDB and others views stands on this?

Morning,

As the unit was purchased prior marriage, none of you need to sell away your unit upon marriage as long as both of you do not purchase a HDB unit under your name.
