My friend was dicharged for bankcruptcy recently. He wish to purchase a flat in open market soon.Can he get a bank loan? He has taken loan from HDB twice. Please advise

Morning,

Since your friend have being discharged from bankcruptcy, depending on his income, he might be able to get a bank loan, subjected to conditions.
