Morning June,

Upon selling your unit, whatever CPF and interest incurred will be return to your CPF account, after your outstanding loan have redeemed. The balance would be your net cash profit after deducting the misc expenses.

Morning June,

Only the CPF amount utilised plus accrued interest your family used in the purchase of your current unit will go back to CPF account.

If you are keen, I can do an estimated financial plan for your property sale.
