My flat MOP is due on 15/03/2015. My wife (foreigner) bought a property overseas. We were committed to this property. Is there anyway we can sell or rent out the flat. As we run into financial difficulties in servicing the property overseas.

Afternoon Jeremy,

You are aware that every HDB buyers are to fulfill the MOP upon key collection. Since your MOP is still far away, you can try to apply through HDB to sell your HDB back to them. You might incurred certain penalties though.
