My first house is a resale unit, bought under my name as my wife has not got her PR status. Our intention is after the MOP and she has obtained PR, we would like to apply for BTO.
During this course 5 years, my wife got her PR and our career advance to a point that we are not eligible to apply for BTO. Due to the income ceiling.
We have sold the unit at a negative sale. Our current CPF combine is $110k.
We want to buy a resale DBSS at Toa Payoh, tried to apply for HLE Loan and was unsuccessful.
Understand taking Bank loan, 5% cash is required which we do not have.
Appreciate any advise and guidance on this.
