Hi, if you do want to keep the HDB unit, then I'm afraid you will have to sell off the condo unit when that day comes.

Good evening,

You have two options if such happens.

1) keep current condo and sell HDB.
2) keep HDB and sell current condo within 6 months. Cant purchase any private property within 5 years minimum occupation period.

Just go to HDB to do the inheritance will do. You can still keep the HDB if you are a singaporean without any HDB.
