My ex-spouse has transferred back my CPF contribution of our flat to me (just what I had paid for) and he has retained the flat with his brother. I am buying another new flat with my new husband, would I need to pay levy?

Afternoon Maty,

According to your statement, your ex-husband have purchase the unit from you, under sibling scheme. This should have taken place at least a year ago.
The question now: Is your previous flat a direct purchase from HDB or was it a resale unit with HDB grant?
Are you buying a new HDB unit with your current husband or are you taking resale unit?
This few questions that might affect the answer to your question.
