My Ex Husband and I Co-owned a HDB flat in Strathmore. We are going thru seperation now and wish to sell the flat. Our flat just reach 5 years.
My question is , can i sell the flat while we are undergoing seperation ?
kindly advise.

hi, I have handle a few separation cases .
Since your MOP has fulfilled, selling the house is no hassle. But i do agree with TRON, why not take this time as a cooling period.
Renting the house out for the time being , while both of u can sort out your thoughts.
