My daughter is a co-owner of a condo with her father. if the condo is disposed and she waits as long as regulatory required, will she be eligible to buy new HDB as the first-time buyer and be eligible for all grants?

Hi, yes she will be regarded as first timer and get the grants as long as she has not taken any grants before and fulfill the requirements to receive the grants.

Hi,

As of prevailing policies, she needs to wait 30 months after the sale completion before she can apply as first timer again. This is also assuming she doesn't own any other residential local or overseas properties, and her income is still within the eligibility, and policies remain the same by then.
