my daughter age 30, sg citizen, married with a British man in England 3 yrs ago,planning to return nx year to work here,her hubby will be back together too,cos they wish to have children here,can they buy a resale HDB flat?how long they can buy after they come back?

Afternoon,

Your daughter can purchase resale HDB unit under "Non-citizen spouse scheme". Her spouse is required to have work permit or long term visitor pass of at least 6 months from the date of application submission. The tricky portion would be the mortgage loan. If they are coming back into Singapore, working in the sister's company of the UK branch, it would be easier. But if they are coming back on total new employment, they might be required to wait for around 4 to 6 months.
