My current tenant going to move out middle of next month. While owner not in S'pore and want to rent out whole house for next tenant. How is the easy way to submit to HDB and get the right agent and good tenant.

Morning,

How long will you be away from Singapore? Going out due to work?
If so, with the supporting documentations from your company, you can apply for the approval to rent out your entire unit.
Getting the right agent and tenant will depend on luck. By renting out to professionals should help eliminate unwanted problems.
