my cpf ,the hdb loan and the grant that was given is not enough for me n wife to buy a house. a total of $245k . and to get a loan is out the question because i have financial issued loan. We dont have enough money to pay the balance cash to pay the balance money if we buy a re-sale house. help us please....stress!!

Afternoon,

With such limitation, I would suggest that you approach HDB and apply for new 3 room flat. It's should fit well into your budget.
