My BTO flat is ready for key collection by Sep '14 and my initial plan is to contra with full payment let go my existing 4 room flat. However I have been trying to sell my flat for more than 6 months now but I still can't get any buyer. The BTO HDB officer is refuse to extend the key collection period. Any good solution to settle this? Appreciate your advise.

Are there no viewers or no offers made for your unit? You still have another 2 months to go before key collection therefore perhaps my HDB resale team can come in to assist you in the sale? We have presence in all HDB estates here in Singapore therefore it will be good to share more details about your unit available. There are quite a number of homeowners in similar situation like yours.
