My brother is waiting for his 2nd appointment by end of this month. HDB officer asked him to check the house before attending the 2nd appointment. Is there a checklist by HDB what all things to be verified by the buyer?
Usually how it happens and what is the procedure. Bcz his agent not replying properly. Agent saying nothing much to check out. pls enlighten.

You may check the lighning, fixture eg, cupboard, etc. You also can ensure all unwanted items to be remove, before collect the key from HDB. If the owner did not do so, you may inform the agent and HDB officer.
